Shipping policy

DISPATCH & DELIVERY:

UK deliveries: It is our aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays) during busy periods this is not always possible and will take 48hrs, if you are in a hurry please check with us prior to purchase Sales@customdartshirts.com or 01249 463034

Made to order:  Shirts take 15 working days to manufacture, we will provide you with the ETA of your item when you place your order, please only contact us regarding the delivery status of your order if the ETA date has been exceeded and you have not received your item. 

Royal Mail:  We offer 24hour Tracked or next day by 1pm.  Next day service is available Monday-Thursday,  Items sent on Next day service that leave us on a Friday will arrive Monday.  Next Day Saturday is available on request.  

What if i am not home when my order arrives?

All small items are delivered through your letter box via Royal Mail. Royal Mail may leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbour

Custom Shirts Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from the postal or courier providers. 

Adverse weather conditions may affect deliveries

My Order has not arrived: Royal Mail advise that you wait up to 7 days past the due date until you contact us.  

Don’t forget personalised items will take longer to produce and send out, check the ETA email please before asking us when it’s due to arrive. 

Larger items delivered by a courier service will need a signature upon receipt. If there is no one home they will leave a calling card with a contact number for you to arrange a re-delivery or collection.
