If your original purchase was Option A - You used an existing design with only team name printed on the back select A
If you shirt had any other form of customisation it will fall under Option B
Please ensure you check the correct Option if you are unsure please ask us before placing your oder.

Delivery Information
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
UK deliveries: It is our aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) during busy periods this is not always possible.
Royal Mail: We offer 24hr tracked, or Next day by 1pm This service is available Monday-Thursday
Items sent on Next day service that leave us on a Friday will arrive with you on Monday before 1pm
Small items are delivered through your letter box via Royal Mail
Royal Mail may leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbour
International delivery: Europe delivery timescale is 3/5 working days, and for the rest of the world 7/10 days
Custom Shirts Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from the postal or courier providers
Adverse weather conditions may affect deliveries
On the rare occasion that a parcel goes missing, we have to wait ten working days before we can re-make and re-send, we will then make a claim for missing parcel from Royal Mail or other delivery provider
Care Instructions
Washing Your Sublimated Dart Shirt
Turn shirt inside out before placing in the washing machine. Use a delicate washing machine cycle, quick 30 degree wash is perfect
Use a non-phosphate laundry detergent like Persil or Bold
Do not wash with articles that have Velcro or metal parts as the Velcro may pull on the fabric which can cause pilling or snags.
Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or any other wash treatments
Remove from washer immediately after washing cycle is complete and hang to dry, Do not dry in a tumble dryer, either hang to dry indoors, or line dry outdoors
Do not iron or dry clean
Proper care when washing your sublimated dart shirts will help them look great for years to come
Excellent service and a great quality product
Midge and the Custom Dart Shirts team has taken good care of me and my dart team since 2018. From the first custom designed team shirts to reorders and redesigns. They even did a one-off color change for a teammate who just wouldn't stop whining about wanting a blue version. The price is reasonable—even shipping to the US—and I'm always happy with the quality. Sizing for women with ample chests and/or hips is tricky, so you may want to consider Men's sizing.
We were fools and made a lot of mistakes in ordering, but with excellent help from Midge everything ended as a perfect order 😁
